Prenatal 2 - The Yoga of Healing for Women Weekend
- Use the five Ma Yoga Alignment Principles to address common pregnancy and postpartum pains and conditions, both in traditional poses on the mat and those that occur throughout the day - including infertility, back labor, and diastisis recti ("post-baby belly").
- Apply these same principles to everyday aches and pains including back, knee, wrist and shoulder pain, and learn simple hands-on actions to help friends, students and clients move back toward alignment and out of pain
- Practice the art of teaching Mom + Baby as well as Preschool Yoga
- Discover safe, effective core strengthening through breath, yoga poses and other movements with the Ma Yoga I CAN Core Strengthening System for Diastisis Recti and Post-Baby Belly.
